Harvest Manor is a low-income, tax credit project, where federal income limits apply.  Families must earn less than 40 percent of annual gross median income (AGMI).  There are 42 units.  These are year-round units.  First priority is given to families employed in agriculture.  Harvest Manor is located on 4th St. in Othello.
